In almost all cases, torn ACL is not
repairable. We have to transplant some graft to
substitute ACL. （Fig.09）I
have performed over 120 cases of ACL reconstruction
each year. I use a bone-patellar tendon-bone autograft
with a new three-dimensional technique to create
bone tunnels. （Fig.10）My
procedure is the following.
