The position to transplant reconstruction 
                              material
The most important thing in this operation is to transplant substitution every time in near anatomical position of ACL. For transplanting, surgeon drills both tibia and femur to make bone tunnels and substitution is placed in these tunnels. The anatomical shape of ACL is three-dimensional, so it is impossible to produce an ideal bone tunnel by single drilling. (Fig.11,Fig.12) My procedure begins with making a bone tunnel with a thin drill of the diameter of 5 millimeters (Fig.13), then I use a 1 millimeter larger drill while changing a guide pin direction three-dimensionally as need. By repeating, I can produce an ideal bone tunnels every time. (Fig.14,Fig.15,Fig.16,Fig.17) Tibia tunnel is spindle-shaped in side view. The orifice of joint space is oval and very close to the shape of anatomical insertion. ( place where ligament comes with a bone) (Fig.18
